  • HOUSE RULES
  • To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests, please observe the following rules :
  • CLEANLINESS : Please keep the property clean and tidy.
  • TRASH : Dispose of trash in bins provided. Please dispose of empty bottles and cans responsibly.
  • NO PETS : Pets are not allowed in the property.
  • NO SMOKING : Smoking or vaping or substance use is strictly prohibited inside the property, rooms or around the property, especially in the open air courtyard,
  • NO DRINKING : Drinking is not allowed in the property or common / shared spaces of the house or around the property, especially in the open air courtyard,
  • NOISE LEVELS : Be mindful of noise levels and respect the comfort of other guests, especially after 10 PM. No loud music allowed.
  • QUIET HOURS : Quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am. Please respect our neighbours by keeping noise levels down during these hours.
  • RESPECT THE SPACE : Treat the property with respect and care. No damage or destruction of property, please. Switch off air-conditioner, lights, fans and water when not in use.
  • ROOM ENERGY CONSERVATION POLICY : The Management reserves the right to enter the room - to turn off air conditioners, fans, and lights, etc, when a guest has left the room or the room is locked and unoccupied, to prevent energy waste and promote environmental sustainability.
  • AIR CONDITINING : If incase the air conditioner is broken or is not working, the management shall try to fix the AC within a reasonable timeframe (Typically 24 hours, since it’s a remote area). We shall try to move the guest to a new room but incase if there are no rooms available or the AC cannot be fixed, no refund shall be offered.
  • OCCUPANCY LIMIT : The number of guests should not exceed the maximum allowed. Please inform us if you have any additional guests.
  • PARTIES AND EVENTS : This is a private residence, and parties or events are not permitted without prior approval.
  • PARKING : Do not park in front of the villa or entrance. Use designated guest parking spaces only. Do not block driveways or park on the gravelled area. For violations of parking rules, a fine of ₹500 will be levied.
  • NO ENTRY IN KITCHEN : Entry & Cooking inside the kitchen is not allowed for guests. Kitchen is only for staff use.
  • SOLAR WATER HEATER : Our property proudly utilizes an eco-friendly solar water heating system to reduce our carbon footprint.
  • • Weather Dependency : Because this system relies entirely on sunlight, the availability and temperature of hot water are directly tied to local weather conditions.
  • • Overcast Days : During extended periods of heavy overcast skies, rain, or storms, the water temperature will drop and hot water may not be fully available.
  • • Refund Policy : We do not offer refunds, discounts, or compensation for a lack of hot water caused by weather conditions, cloudy skies, or acts of nature. By booking this property, you acknowledge and accept this eco-friendly setup
  • OUTSIDE FOOD NOT ALLOWED : Bringing and consumption of outside food or drinks is strictly not allowed in the property.
  • NO EATING IN ROOMS : Eating is not allowed in the rooms. No plates or glasses shall be provided in the rooms.
  • DINING AREA : All meals and food ordered from our food menu only shall be served in the dining area only. Please enjoy your meals there and keep your room and other areas tidy.
  • SAFETY : Ensure all doors and windows are locked when you arrive and leave the property.
  • VALUABLES : Keep valuables secured and locked, management shall not be held responsible for loss of valuables or personal belongings of guests.
  • INVERTER POWER BACKUP : Please be advised that this property utilizes a battery-based inverter backup system for emergency power during any unforeseen power outages. We do not have high-capacity backup generator.
  • • Available : Basic electricity will continue to run. This includes a few lights, ceiling fans, Wi-Fi Router, and charging outlets.
  • • Unavailable : High-wattage appliances will automatically shut off. This includes air conditioning units, televisions, and refrigerators, etc.
  • • Duration : Inverter backup has a limited capacity and generally lasts 4 to 6 hours, depending on usage. If an outage lasts longer, the entire property may temporarily lose power.
  • • No Refund Guarantee : Power outages caused by unforeseen circumstances or the local utility grid are completely out of our control. Therefore, no refunds, discounts, or cancellations will be provided due to power interruptions.
  • SECURITY DEPOSIT : A refundable security deposit of ₹5,000 is required upon check-in for entire villa booking and a refundable security deposit of ₹2,500 is required upon check-in for single room booking. This deposit serves as a guarantee against incidental charges, such as : Food, Damage to Property or Furnishings, Smoking or Drinking Violations in Rooms or Common Areas, etc. Upon a successful room inspection at check-out, the deposit will be refunded.
  • DAMAGE & BREAKAGE : Report any damage or breakages immediately. Significant damages may result in additional charges.
  • FURNITURE & DECORATIONS : Please do not rearrange furniture or decorations. If you need to move something, return it to it’s original place.
  • OUTDOOR AREAS : Respect outdoor areas and keep them clean. No throwing trash on driveway or in parking area, which may result in penalty, No loud music or activities that might disturb the neighbours.
  • CHILDREN : Supervise children at all times, especially around areas like the pool, courtyard, terrace, backyard, etc. The management will not be held responsible for any mishaps or injuries to self.
  • SAFETY EQUIPMENTS : Do not tamper with safety equipment’s such as inverters, fire extinguishers, first aid kits, cameras, pool buttons and equipment’s, lighting, etc.
  • SAFETY & ACCESS RESTRICTIONS :
  • • Timing : No entry or exit after 10 pm.
  • • Safety : For everyone's safety, please do not open the main door or leave the property between 10 pm and 7 am.
  • • Security : Kindly follow the safety & access restrictions between 10 pm and 7 am, for security reasons and to allow staff proper rest.
  • CARETAKER : Caretaker shall be available only during time of check-in, check-out and meal timings.
  • CHECK IN / CHECK OUT : Check-in is at 1 pm and please check-out by 9.30 am (On late check-out extra charges shall be levied) and leave the property in the same condition as when you arrived.
  • GUEST INDEMNITY : By booking this property, the guest takes personal responsibility for property damages, third-party claims, personal injuries, or any losses caused by themselves or their visitors during their stay. Guests will be held responsible for safety and any damages caused to the property or themselves. Management will not be held responsible for any mishaps in or near the property.
  • • Financial Liability : Guests agree to personally cover the costs of any damages to the room, lost hotel property, or unpaid bills incurred by them or their accompanying party.
  • • Waiver Of Liability : The guest agrees to release the hotel and its staff from claims relating to injuries, accidents, or illnesses that occur on the premises (e.g : in pool or any other common areas, or rooms, etc)
  • • Third-Party Claims : If a guest’s visitor causes an accident or property damage, the registered guest is required to "indemnify" (compensate) the property for any resulting third-party legal claims or expenses.
  • • Rule Compliance : It commits the guest to following local laws and property policies, such as visitor registration rules, etc.
  • NO COMPENSATION : The management has the absolute right to evict a guest for violating any of the above rules. And if evicted for rules violations, any payments made shall be forfeited, and no refunds shall be given for the remaining nights.
  • COMPLIANCES : Comply with all local laws and regulations during your stay.

  • POOL RULES
  • To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, please observe the following rules :
  • POOL HOURS : 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Strictly no swimming or sitting on the pool deck allowed post 6 pm)
  • CHILDREN & SUPERVISION : Supervise children at all times, especially children below 12 years of age must be always accompanied by an adult at all times. The management will not be held responsible for any mishaps or injuries to self.
  • NO LIFE GUARD :* No life guard is available at any point in time.
  • SAFETY RULES :
  • * No diving, avoid rough play, such as pushing or horseplay, or hazardous behavior, which can lead to drowning.
  • * Never swim alone; have a buddy or be with someone who can help.
  • * Always supervise children, even strong swimmers.
  • * Walk, don't run, on the pool deck to prevent slips and falls.
  • * Don't swim if you feel sick, or have an upset stomach, fever, cough, or any open wounds or bandages.
  • * Avoid alcohol, and drugs before swimming, as they impair judgment and coordination.
  • * Stay aware of pool hazards, like drains and covers.
  • HYGIENE RULES :
  • * Please shower before entering the pool to remove dirt and lotions.
  • * Use the correct attire, wear a proper swimsuit, not regular clothes.
  • * Wear a swim cap, if you have long hair.
  • * Use swim diapers, for toddlers.
  • * CAUTION :*
  • * All persons using this swimming pool and surrounding deck areas do so entirely at their own risk.
  • * Do not intentionally wet the floor outside the pool basin. The pool area and surrounding floors are inherently slippery when wet.
  • * Beware of slippery surfaces.
  • * Management will not be held responsible for any injury, accidents, slips, falls or damage to individuals arising from the use of this facility.
  • DO NOT LITTER : Do not litter the pool area.
  • FIXTURES AND EQUIPMENT : Handle fixtures and equipment with care, any damage may result in charges.
  • FOOD AND DRINK : Strictly no food, drinks and smoking allowed near or inside the pool area or in the open air courtyard. Do not keep glass bottles or other breakable items near the pool.
  • QUIET HOURS : 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM & 10:00 PM to 08:00 AM, please keep noise levels down during this time.
  • RESPONSIBILITY : Guests will be held responsible for pool safety and any damages caused to the pool or themselves. Management will not be held responsible for any mishaps in or near the pool.
  • GUEST INDEMNITY : By booking this property, the guest takes personal responsibility for property damages, third-party claims, personal injuries, or any losses caused by themselves or their visitors during their stay. Guests will be held responsible for safety and any damages caused to the property or themselves. Management will not be held responsible for any mishaps in or near the property.
